As well as showcasing its latest products at this year’s Smart Buildings Show, Sontay, the market leader in field control device, will be celebrating its 45th Anniversary
Taking place at Olympia London on the 9th and 10th October, the Smart Buildings Show is aimed at helping visitors connect with the latest information and technology in the smart buildings industry. On Stand D2, Sontay will be launching its new Multi-Sensor and Smart Sensor platform, taking to the stage to present two sessions as part of the seminar programme and sponsoring the drinks on the first evening to celebrate its 45th anniversary.
“The Smart Buildings Show has arrived at the perfect time for Sontay,” comments Sandy Damm, managing director at Sontay. “We are excited to be launching our brand-new Multi-Sensor and Smart Sensor technology, which is the most advanced, accurate and easiest to install sensing platform available. It is also the perfect opportunity for us to celebrate our milestone of 45 years in business. It’s a great achievement and we’re delighted we can enjoy this success with our customers. Make sure you pop by!”
The new sensing technology is the power behind both our Multi Sensor measuring Air Quality, CO2, CO, Relative Humidity and Temperature and our Smart Sensor communicating up to seven sensing variables from one housing over BACnet or Modbus. Built on the company’s latest PCB, this innovative range incorporates technology that will deliver the quickest installation and best performance for Sontay’s customers and their clients.
As part of the conference programme, both Stacey Lucas, commercial & marketing director at Sontay, and Andy Camsell, Sontay academy trainer, will be presenting:
Wednesday 9th October: Training Hub at 10am
Andy Camsell will present a session entitled ‘Sensing Technology in Building Services’. The presentation will cover a brief history of sensing technology, the role of sensors, the important of high-quality sensors and digital technologies.
Thursday 10th October: Connected – Controls Theatre at 1.45pm
Stacey is presenting a though provoking session called ‘Sensors are the foot soldiers of the BMS’. It will explore how the humble sensor is still carrying the weight of providing vital data to sophisticated BMS systems.
Sontay will also be showcasing its Smart Communication Sensor range and condensation sensors as well as highlighting its training via the Sontay Academy and its new e-learning platform. Visit stand D2 to learn more about Sontay, its products and the training the company has on offer. Don’t forget to come to the drink’s reception on the first evening and raise a glass to 45 years.
