Entries are officially open for the 2020 Building Controls Industry Association (BCIA) Awards. The distinguished ceremony has rightfully earned top billing in the world of building controls.
What’s new for 2020? To reflect the fast-moving landscape of the industry, the BCIA is delighted to introduce the “Smart Buildings” accolade which will be awarded to a manufacturer, installer or team in recognition of a project which demonstrates how smart technology has been used to enhance the user experience in a building/complex.
With a total of nine prestigious awards to be presented on the night, why not bite the bullet and take the unique opportunity to see your name or company on the big screen and enjoy what is truly the golden age of smart technology and building controls.
Engineers are at the forefront of evolving commercial buildings, so if you are a talented engineer over the age of 35 why not enter the Engineer of the Year category? The 2020 BCIA Awards will take place on Thursday 30 April at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole. The awards are free to enter with no restrictions on the number of categories you can enter. The deadline for entries is Friday 20 December 2019.
