Throughout this year’s ISE exhibition, automation technology specialists Beckhoff will be demonstrating how stage and show technology, AV and multimedia communications, and building technology applications can be integrated into a single control platform.

Taking place from 5th-8th February, ISE is the largest AV and integrated systems exhibition in the world and the 2019 show is expected to attract 80,000 attendees across the four-day event. As well as a wide variety of conferences, keynote speeches, training programmes and floor events, ISE also plays host to the Smart Building Conference – a one-day programme which offers visitors unique insight into building technologies and the future of smart buildings.

Beckhoff will be making use of the Amsterdam-based exhibition to showcase innovations such as TwinCAT Speech, its advanced speech recognition software that enables a controller to process speech signals. Elsewhere on the stand, Beckhoff will demonstrate how the TwinCAT TCP/IP software module can open up new fields of application in the entertainment sector for Open Sound Control (OSC) and MIDI integration and show how the new EL2596 EtherCAT Terminal can deliver high-precision control of LEDs.

Karl Walker, market development manager at Beckhoff Automation, comments: “ISE combines the best of AV, multimedia and building automation, attracting visitors with a keen interest in all fields. We look forward to welcoming attendees to stand D150 and demonstrating the cutting-edge technologies that allow multiple functions to come together on a single control platform.”
