beespace is set to unveil its Smart Sensor Solution at the Smart Building Show.
Taking place at ExCeL London from 15–16 October, the event will see beespace officially launch the BZ1 Smart Sensor and laura, its new AI-powered analyst. Attendees of the Smart Building Show are invited to visit Stand D48 to learn more about beespace’s latest innovation.
Built for superior precision, BZ1 captures real-time data on space usage and energy flow, measuring temperature, light levels, occupancy, and proof of presence. This data is displayed in the HIVE, beespace’s intuitive software dashboard.
Working hand-in-hand with the HIVE is laura, beespace’s AI analyst. Developed entirely in-house, laura is a breakthrough innovation that operates independently of public AI platforms. She transforms complex building data into clear actionable insights, for example “Which rooms are underused this week?” Constantly learning, laura provides instant answers, real-time data, and dynamic reporting that empowers smarter decision-making.
By combining the advanced capabilities of BZ1 with laura’s intelligence, beespace is redefining what’s possible in smart building optimisation.
Alan Whitley, managing director of beespace, said: “Our Smart Sensor Solution marks the next stage of our innovation journey. Pairing BZ1 with laura gives our customers the clarity, confidence, and tools to manage their buildings more efficiently than ever, at a time where reducing costs and meeting sustainability goals has never been more important. We take pride in designing, manufacturing, and delivering solutions that create a positive impact, while being affordable and accessible to everyone.”
