Charlton Morris, a specialist talent solutions firm founded in Leeds, has officially opened a new branch in Stuart House, Peterborough.

The opening of its new Peterborough branch comes as part of a bigger announcement to open three new offices across the UK. In the coming months, the company will open locations at Manchester Spinningfields and London King’s Cross, alongside Peterborough, to join the Leeds city centre headquarters. Charlton Morris (CM) is a talent solutions firm with three divisions, CM Medical, CM Life Science and CM Industrial. Since being founded in 2013 in Leeds they are now a company with over 100 employees based across the UK and are looking to recruit for their new Peterborough office.

The Peterborough location will be headed up by business manager Lewis Martin, who leads the CM Industrial division’s ‘Smart Buildings’ team. Lewis has a proven track record managing a wide range of clients, from OEM’s and system integrators to technology providers, mechanical contractors, and consultancies across some of the world’s most respected real estate, sustainability, and smart buildings consultancies. He’s partnered with VC-backed start-ups as they scale, taking the sector from strength to strength ahead of the move to launch a new location. Lewis commented:

“Our CM Industrial division has grown exponentially over the past few years, and we’re so excited to bring that energy to the new location in Peterborough. As one of the key cities on the London commuter belt, it’s perfectly positioned between there and our head office in Leeds. We really look forward to bringing opportunities for new and experienced recruiters to join our team in a fantastic, WiredScore accredited office facility at Stuart House.”
