Sentinel optical sensor (Sentinel) monitors the natural and built environment in our towns and cities. Developed in partnership with Intel and AAEON Technology, Sentinel collects real-time data, processing it ‘on the edge’ within the sensor, and transferring anonymised data to AWS’ cloud and web hosting platforms.
