Distech Controls has announced new strategic leadership appointments.
Ross Baxter joins Distech Controls as senior sales director for the UK, Ireland & Nordics for Distech Controls. This new appointment reinforces Distech Controls' focus on accelerating regional expansion and strengthening customer and partner support.
Ross brings over 20 years of industry experience, and a customer first approach. He brings the experience and insight to strengthen regional operations and enhance partner collaboration.
Ross’s career spans from an engineering apprenticeship through to senior technical, commercial and leadership roles, including key positions at both Honeywell and Trend Controls.

His promotion reflects his industry leadership, proven technical and commercial expertise, and strong track record of building high‑performing teams.
