Glider Technology is collaborating with Mace on the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) handover information for the refurbishment project at Peterborough Court on Fleet Street in London.

Peterborough Court, is a landmark office development scheme situated at 133 Fleet Street, the former European headquarters of Goldman Sachs. Construction is already underway, and this marks the largest interiors project Mace has undertaken in the past decade.

Peterborough Court will create 292,000 sq ft of Grade A workspace and ground floor retail across eleven floors. The iconic property offers flexible floor plates, private terraces, and public courtyard open space. The refurbishment is aligned with the highest sustainability standards, health and wellness considerations, and the incorporation of dual-feed, 100% 'All-Electric' technology.

The development will also incorporate smart technology so the digital capture of all asset information during construction will enable the landlord and tenants to use this information in operations.

Glider Technology is proud to support Mace in delivering the information management for this ground breaking project. The collaboration defines Glider Technology's commitment to innovation and efficiency in the construction industry.

The £120 million investment program for Peterborough Court is managed by Broadwater Capital. Mace leads the construction efforts with support from JRA for architectural services, BDP for structures and lighting, Gardiner & Theobald for Project Management and Cost Consultancy services, and Gerald Eve as the planning advisor. CBRE and JLL are joint leasing agents.
