JLL has announced the launch of FacilitiesFlex, a new digital service set to transform how businesses manage their buildings and real estate assets by offering a smarter, more efficient way to run their facilities.
Combining JLL’s technology with its facilities management (FM) expertise, FacilitiesFlex enables businesses to manage budgets more efficiently, mitigate risk and unlock productivity.
Designed to offer a digital experience akin to ordering services such as transport or food on-demand, FacilitiesFlex offers businesses two types of service through its mobile app or desktop portal:
FacilitiesFlex on-demand enables users to request FM work on a flexible basis. The solution offers detailed information about the work to be carried out by JLL’s expert technicians, and it enables users to track progress of work, approve its completion, and access thorough data and insights on their company’s FM spend.
FacilitiesFlex platform integrates the company’s analytics across its FM, financial and supply chain operations to offer insights that help maximise and improve the company’s operations.
FacilitiesFlex is hosted on JLL’s Corrigo technology system and it’s available across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) in 11 languages across 70 countries.
Mark Caskey, CEO, corporate solutions, EMEA, JLL, said: “JLL’s approach to innovation is driven by the needs of our clients. FacilitiesFlex brings together the best of JLL’s technology and expertise to offer existing and new clients data driven, insightful and easy to access FM services. FacilitiesFlex will digitally transform and open up the world of FM to all businesses regardless of their size and FM needs, helping them make better real estate decisions.”
Yash Kapila, chief operating officer of IFM, EMEA, JLL, added: “The way people search for and buy services, and communicate with suppliers is changing. Companies expect the same from FM specialists. We built FacilitiesFlex to unlock the power of digital convenience, data and service provider analytics to transform the FM industry. With the majority of such services yet to be completely outsourced, FacilitiesFlex has the potential to revolutionise the space delivering efficient and high-quality advisory and services in an innovative way.”
