Kevin Mulligan is new operational managing director at BW

BW has appointed Kevin Mulligan as operational managing director.

Kevin was previously executive director of corporate services and real estate at Goldman Sachs, where he gained three years’ experience of planning, procurement and execution of corporate workplace and amenity facilities on behalf of Goldman Sachs. Prior to that, Kevin has 25 years’ experience of the fit out sector successfully delivering projects from £1m to £100m for many global and governmental clients.

BW says Mulligan will work alongside operational managing director, Peter Nagle, leading the second of what will be three teams delivering the fit out and refurbishment of offices and universities.

Mulligan said: “BW soon became the most exciting proposition when I was considering my next move. I became excited by the culture, company ethos and vision for the business. In a market that clearly needs a third top tier player, BW is the front runner and I hope to play a key role in the business making the transition.”
