Exhibiting on Stand D11 at the Smart Buildings 2025 Show, Siemens Buildings will be demonstrating its latest developments designed to create sustainable, innovative solutions for buildings while enhancing the environment for the people that use them.

The portfolio from Siemens includes a wide range of products and systems to improve the energy efficiency of buildings while also enhancing the well being of occupants. From valves to actuators, sensors to thermostats and complete BMS (building management systems), Siemens offers a solution tailored to the specific needs of any given application through a comprehensive range of building automation systems.

The Building X digital platform allows users to manage the operations of their buildings from one platform. It enables data-driven decisions to improve sustainability, operations and performance by optimising areas such as energy use, tenant comfort and safety, maintenance and security.

Open protocols are a central commitment in the development of Siemens solutions, with products which utilise open communication standards such as KNX and BACnet to allow seamless integration.

Also on show will be Connect Box, an open and easy-to-use IoT solution designed to manage small to medium-sized buildings. It offers a user-friendly approach for monitoring building performance with the potential to optimise energy efficiency by up to 30 percent.

The IAQ multi-sensor tracks seven key environmental factors in a single wall-mounted unit. It offers a key contribution to room automation with a simple insight into room conditions that helps to prioritise indoor air quality and create a healthy and productive environment.

Siemens will also be contributing to the conference programme staged alongside the Smart Buildings Show. Brett Smith, Digital and Software Lead, will be presenting ‘Don’t be left behind – leverage technology to unlock the potential of your buildings’ at 12:20 on Thursday 16 October in the IT & Digital infrastructure theatre.
