LMG has joined the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) membership programme at the keystone tier.

The move places LMG among a global community driving health and well-being across more than 5 billion ft² (465 million m²) of space in 130 countries.

“The IWBI membership community’s steady growth complements a growing global commitment to people-first places,” said Rachel Hodgdon, president & CEO of IWBI. “Health and well-being are investments that pay dividends in times of struggle and success. We’re excited to work alongside LMG to advance this movement toward a healthier future for everyone, everywhere.”

Mike Hook, executive director at LMG, added: “Joining IWBI as a Keystone member is a natural evolution of our mission to create data-driven buildings that actively improve the wellbeing and experience of everyone who uses them. By certifying our head office at 1 Ely Place to WELL v2, expanding WELL certification services for our clients, and integrating WELL metrics into our SenseIQ platform, we’re embedding health and sustainability at the very core of our offer.”
