The Federation of Environmental Trade Associations (FETA) held its annual luncheon on Thursday 16th April.

After a Chairman’s drinks reception, Chief Executive Chris Yates took to the stage and welcomed nearly 700 industry colleagues who had come together for a fantastic day at The Brewery in London. After the assembled manufacturers, suppliers, installers, contractors and other distinguished guests had enjoyed a three-course meal, FETA Chairman Barry Trewhitt gave his speech, in which he discussed the pressure on the industry to deliver Net Zero, and FETA’s expanding role in issues such as construction product reform and late payment practices, as well as thanking members for their hard work and ongoing support.

Attendees were then treated to an entertaining talk from Matt Dawson MBE, who told stories from his glittering rugby career, as well as his time on Strictly Come Dancing, Celebrity Masterchef and, of course, A Question of Sport.

After the event Chris Yates commented: “Many thanks to all those who attended our annual lunch at The Brewery. I do hope everybody enjoyed it. Barry Trewhitt delivered a great speech as FETA Chair and Matt Dawson did a fantastic job entertaining us all. Thank you to all my colleagues for making it a great success.”
