New partnership agreement reached

Gooee and EVRYTHNG have strengthened their partnership agreement, providing Gooee with a perpetual license to use EVRYTHNG's IoT smart products data platform technology to operate its own ‘full-stack’ solution in a US$7.5m+ licensing and equity deal.

The deal gives Gooee access to the complete EVRYTHNG technology stack, enabling a convergence of the cloud platforms that will bring world-class technology to the Smart Building market using ‘Lighting-as-a-Host’. By combining best-in-class cloud technologies from both companies, the collaboration and unification of the systems will create a highly-scalable solution and better flexibility for lighting and smart building value-chains.
The two companies have been collaborating on the development of intelligent solutions for the lighting and energy services sectors over the past two years. The new agreement enables each company to focus on their respective target markets with more engineering flexibility, while allowing for shared opportunities across multiple verticals.
