Pressac’s products are now even easier to integrate with EnOcean sensor systems after they received certification from the organisation.

EnOcean, which manufactures the low power radio modules used in many of Pressac’s sensors, has given its Level 3 Certification - the highest possible - to the company’s mini-series sensors, repeater and under-desk PIR sensor.

It means the devices are guaranteed to be compatible with any other products with the same level of EnOcean Alliance certification, even if they are produced by different companies.
James Bailey, product manager for Pressac, said: ““Achieving this standard means that customers can be assured our products are of a high quality and can easily slot into existing systems alongside other EnOcean Alliance products. It’s the highest possible level of EnOcean certification and this guaranteed interoperability will also make it easier for them to add to and expand their smart solutions in the future.

“We’ve had to meet a number of standards during the manufacture of our products to ensure they meet the EnOcean standard - including testing the quality of their radio performance and the data that is transmitted.”
