The announcement of the Merrytek partnership is the latest in a series of strategic partnerships for Prime Light. The collaboration with Merrytek means that Prime Light will now distribute a range of state-of-the art sensors to the UK market, giving the OEM lighting fraternity exclusive access to advanced sensor technology.
Merrytek offers a wide range of different microwave sensors. Some of these sensors come as a LED Driver/sensor combination unit and some are independent and can be connected to an LED driver. Their intelligent lighting control products include microwave motion and daylight sensors, LED drivers with integrated microwave sensor and dimmable LED drivers.
With a 50-strong R&D team, Merrytek have built up a robust product range, with products allowing motion detection of up 20m. Their Lifebeing sensors can pick up on the slightest of movements in commercial and industrial buildings to ensure lights are only switched on at times when they are needed.
