Quintain has been awarded a Platinum certification from globally recognised accreditation scheme, WiredScore, for all its completed Build to Rent assets in Wembley Park. With over 3,250 homes for rent at Wembley Park through Quintain Living, the Platinum certified BtR portfolio demonstrates Quintain’s commitment to providing world-class digital connectivity for its residents.
A Platinum certification has also been awarded to The Hive office building on Wembley Park Boulevard. The certification demonstrates best-in-class connectivity for occupiers including CASIO and Network Homes.
