Spacewell has announced the expansion of its strategic collaboration with Rabobank. Following the award of the RFP for Smart Building & Workspaces, Spacewell will remain a key partner in the coming years, supporting Rabobank in making data-driven, strategic decisions about the occupancy and utilization of its real estate portfolio.

Since 2014, Rabobank has worked with Spacewell to manage its buildings more intelligently and sustainably. The decision to extend this partnership reaffirms the mutual trust and the proven value of objective data as a foundation for real estate decision-making.

The signing took place on October 7 at Rabobank’s headquarters in Utrecht, in the presence of Farid Azarkan, Director of Facilities & Real Estate, Paula Raijmaker, Manager of Real Estate at Rabobank, and John van Tessel, CEO of Spacewell.

In this first phase, the focus lies on collecting objective, reliable, and detailed data on the use and utilization of workspaces and meeting rooms.

These insights are essential for the strategic decisions Rabobank will soon need to make in light of the large-scale real estate development planned adjacent to its current campus in Utrecht.

“The expansion of our collaboration marks the next step in data-driven real estate management,” says John van Tessel, CEO of Spacewell. “Our technology helps organizations like Rabobank make decisions that not only drive efficiency but also ensure long-term sustainability.”
