At the same time, frameworks such as the WELL Building Standard® are increasingly influencing how buildings are designed, managed and assessed, driving demand for accurate and accessible environmental data.

WELLSense has been developed to support this growing market need by providing a complete picture of indoor environmental conditions through a single device. These devices can be used to support buildings in achieving the WELL Building Standard.

With BACnet and Modbus communications as standard, WELLSense integrates seamlessly into modern Building Management Systems, providing real-time environmental data that can support intelligent ventilation strategies, optimise building performance and enhance occupant wellbeing.

The development of the WELLSense was driven by increasing customer demand for a solution capable of combining multiple indoor air quality measurements, modern aesthetics and straightforward integration into smart building ecosystems.
