Square Sense has announced that it has obtained SmartScore accreditation. It thus officially becomes one of the first "smart building" solutions recognised by the international WiredScore label for property owners and developers.
Square Sense is positioned as an effective technological analysis and optimisation tool to help owners understand and improve the use of their buildings.
Square Sense's accreditation by Wiredscore is part of the platform's stated ambition to lead the digital transformation of the real estate sector, enabling transparency between the various stakeholders (owner, manager, tenants and occupiers). By obtaining the label, proptech has established its legitimacy with the sector's players and given an additional boost to its commercial development.
"We are pleased to be an accredited solution by the SmartScore Label, developed by Wiredscore. Square Sense has a real impact in terms of user experience & wellbeing, improved usage & services and optimised energy consumption. We are an operational partner for owners and developers to make their assets, and on a larger scale their portfolios, smart and efficient in terms of ESG objectives", Emmanuel Verhoosel, CEO of Square Sense.
