ThinkFM, in London on 1 May, will be packed with alerts, insights and suggestions to help FMs prepare themselves and their organisations for the next two years. Forecasting on Brexit, debates on how to escape the lowest cost tendering spiral, what you need to know about big data, how automation will impact on FM jobs – the key issues facing FMs will be analysed so that they can choose how to respond.

The full programme for the event is now live on the BIFM website and this year contains so much essential information that it has been necessary to provide two streams running concurrently. Delegates will be able to choose which papers are of most interest to them, and so be sure that every minute of the day will be of value.
A set of practical sessions have been added to help delegates put plans in place straight away to implement the strategy decisions they have made as a result of the conference. They are:

  • How to unlock the potential of workspaces
  • How to use off the shelf information tools to get the most out of big data
  • How to build operational relationships to gain win/win contracts, and
  • How to work with clients to implement and integrate digital solutions

It is a packed programme and some papers will run concurrently – so when booking please indicate which sessions you prefer as spaces for some papers will be limited.
BIFM’s chief executive Linda Hausmanis said: “Facilities management is being increasingly recognised as having the capacity to deliver real performance benefits
for companies but it also faces significant disruptors. This conference will ignite the enthusiasm of FMs to seize the opportunities that the current disrupted landscape offers and empower them to act!”
In order to broaden access to this important professional development opportunity, BIFM is offering delegates the opportunity to bring a third colleague along FREE for every two full-price tickets purchased for the conference.
