Smart Buildings Show 2022 ~ ExCeL London ~ Call for papers

Call for papers

Do you want to be a part of Smart Buildings Show speaker programme? The deadline for submissions is Monday 13th June.

Smart Buildings Show is the UK’s only dedicated commercial smart building exhibition and conference. The 2022 event will be held at ExCeL, London on the 12th and 13th October 2022.

This year we will have four theatres;

Connected - Management - Sponsored by Schneider

This theatre will look at how a smart building is managed, including FM, software, security, sector analysis and market information, integration, data analysis and services. We will also look at how the workplace has changed post-covid. Submit my paper

Connected - Controls - Sponsored by Sauter Automation

This theatre will look at the physical devices in smart buildings including building controls, energy efficiency, BEMS, sensors, shading and lighting. Submit my paper

Connected - Spaces & Infrastructure - Sponsored by Aico/Homelink

This theatre will focus on workspaces, wellbeing, networks, connectivity, power and cabling. Commercial buildings owners and operators are being asked to make their buildings flexible, healthy and productive for their employees.

The spaces theatre will look at the management of commercial buildings and how the work environment can affect performance. We will also look at how network infrastructure including networking and power provision can affect and produce a smart building. Submit my paper

Training/Residential Developers Theatre

This will run a number of CPD accredited presentations. All submissions for this theatre must be CPD accredited and no longer than an hour.

Whether it be controlling HVAC, security, blinds, lights or integrated audio/visual equipment people need professional installation and this is where the Residential Developers Theatre at Smart Buildings Show will inform and educate. From large installers on large new build projects to a local installer of smart devices, the Residential Developers Theatre will show the benefits of being a player in this fast growing sector.

Submit my paper

If you would like to be part of the speaker programme, please send in the following information by Monday 13th June and we will then let you know if you have made the initial selection in the following weeks.

Any papers not initially selected will be put on a reserve list. Could you also please indicate which theatre you would like your presentation to be considered for.

For the best chance of being selected we prefer submissions that show best practice, involve the client, partnerships, market information and outlook, plus the latest innovations.

We avoid product pitches and ask to see all presentations before the event. If you are interested in hosting a panel session please let me know what the subject matter is and potential panellists.

Looking forward to hearing from you

Regards
